Hi everyone, I am writing to let you know that I have fractured both ankles. I fell at the Fire Station the day of the chicken barbecue. I have a cast on my right leg. I had surgery on my left ankle on July 25. I have to go back to Dr. on August 3. Meantime, I have a wheelchair, a commode, a walker, and crutches. Mostly I use my wheelchair. I will have to teach myself to use the walker and crutches.
Please hold her in your daily prayers for healing , comfort and easement of pain, She is an EMT for the local fire department and loves the Lord.

Prayer warriors, I have 3 prayer requests. 1] my friend . I asked prayer for her about 5 months ago. She had a pace maker put in because her heart kept stopping. She is now fighting lung cancer. She has had 2 out of 6 weeks of treatments. She has radiation 5 days a week and chemo once a week. She is tired and starting to get nauseous. 2] my nieghbor . She will be having her 2nd knee replacement on Aug.13th. She had the other knee done a few years ago. She lives alone[except for 2 dogs]. Her nearest relative is on Long Island. Her church family will be keeping an eye on her. 3] Prayers for myself. Tomorrow @ noon I will be seeing a surgeon about a goiter that I have near my thyroid. The CT scan showed that it is quite large and that there is no involvement with the lymnph nodes. Pray that God will work out all the details.

They have lots of medical issues to deal with
For myself, my daughter-in-law, and granddaughter, we are travelling to Washington DC Wednesday thru Thursday.
It’s a mystery! Only God knows how this could have happened! – I lost earring, here at home, two weeks ago, found it in his piece of a 13 X 9 chocolate cake that was baked up at the cottage last Friday. The cake, mixer and pan were at the cottage. I had made the frosting at home in a 1 week old blender, with butter from the fridge and confectioners sugar from the pantry cupboard. Finding the earring was a great opportunity to witness to a dozen people who were at the cottage with us. Just a reminder to never pass up an opportunity to tell others what God is doing in your life.

I have a couple updates from some prayer requests I have put out lately. The young ladt that was in the horse accident has a broken pelvis in 3 places but no internal bleeding. She will be in the hospital for a while and rehab but should make a full recovery.
Also another PRAISE that just came through, I will put the original post from the other young woman’s mother. she has been in the hospital with fungal pneumonia.
From her Mom:
“Thank you to everyone that has been praying for her. I have not updated her status before now because I have been too terrified to do so. She woke up Saturday morning, but she was almost completely non-responsive. They removed her vent tube yesterday and she went into respitory distress. Her kidneys have been in acute renal failure and her doctor discussed possible brain damage with me this …morning. Then god said enough. They took her of the ventilator mask for just a minute to listen to her breathing and she actually woke up. She is exhausted and her body has a lot of healing to do, but she is awake and she is my daughter. I will never be able to express my gratitude for all the prayers. I love you all!!”
Hello, I have been hurting and in bed with pain in my back would like to know if you could pray that the pain goes away. I am on medication from the doctor. But I know power of prayer helps too. Thank you

I am asking for prayers for my Sister. She had a vein removed last week on her leg and is now in the hospital with an infection. Tests tomorrow will determine as to what she needs to be well again. Thankyou!

Please pray for healing and recovery fa friend who was just air lifted to a hospital with a heart attack. Lord give those caring for him to be thorough, blessed and covered with God’s light of love.

Many needs: 1) Prayers please for healing for our friend, 50 year old who had a heart attack at our lake association on Sunday. He is still sedated and has pneumonia. 2) Also, a friend of our daughter, was killed in a bike/motorcycle/auto accident this morning. Please hold a young family and friends in prayer as they deal with her death. Also, the driver of the motorcycle is in serious condition and in need of prayers. 3) Another young friend, is in NYC undergoing a double lung transplant.
From a friend: Goodmorning! I wanted to ask you to please pray for my brother. He overdosed yeaterday and is in upstate in bad shape. Heart valve infected again due to needle drug use, bleed in brain, and kidneys have failed. It will be a plan of Gods himself if he pulls through this as we well know but seriously there is no other reason for him to be alive today. He was shooting ibuprofens with calamine lotion mixed. I found him lying on his floor and called 911. the only thing working on him was his heartbeating and was breathing still. he lost all other budily functions. Please pray and put him on any prayer chain. Gods will be done! ? God Bless You ?
Prayers, please for 2 girls from work: one, on bedrest with 3 wks of pregnancy to go & other with a possible cancer diagnosis – seeing MDs and having tests this week. Prayers please!
Asking for prayers for the family of a friend who passed away Saturday. Meeting with family after calling hours this evening and doing the funeral service for them tomorrow. Asking for God’s comforting grace to surround them all.

Hey brothers and sisters! I have to go my seminary campus in Dayton, Ohio from September 23rd-28th this semester, and then a week the next three semesters after that. Anyone one know anyone in Dayton, Ohio that could stay with for the week? I could pay them, and like offer free prayer, devotions, communion, and amusing commentary! 🙂

I asked you to pray for my friend. You have been and God has been working. They are still in a difficult place in marriage but God…. don’t you love that “But GOD” had him go with her to Church, an extremely alive church in and he went forward and was baptised that very day…. Thanks be to God and to you for praying. Please keep praying it’s exciting to see God in Action, We are on our way next week for a short visit (already planned before all the latest news).
