Urgent prayers needed for our nephew. As I type this, he is being transported to the hospital by ambulance and he wasn’t breathing. We don’t know any more than this. He is 21 years old. Prayers please that God’s hand will be on him, the paramedics, the doctors, and his family.

We received a phone call very early this morning about our nephew. He is in the hospital and alert. He is on IV’s and complained of back pain. They still do not know what happened, thinking possibly a kidney problem. Did not get any details and have not heard since. He and the family are still in need of prayer.
Our nephew’s parents were all brought up to believe in God and went to church. Our nephew and his brothers were all dedicated in the Assembly of God Church. His parents and their children drifted away from God quite some time ago to the point they do not believe anymore. However, his mother, our sister-in-law, requested immediately for prayers. We pray that they will see that God did answer immediate prayers last night and that they will rekindle their faith and return to the Lord. Thank you all for prayers for our nephew and his family.

As I write our hearts are heavy. We have learned that one of our grand children has been diagnosed with cancer and is scheduled for a bone marrow on January 20th. This will then be followed by the treatment plan. We know that we serve an awesome God and that nothing is impossible for Him. We pray for healing, strength, courage and comfort for both our grand child and the family.
We ask for prayers also for our grandson. He is 13. For several years he has been treated for ADHD and Bi Polar. His behavior has caused much concern including for his own safety. As he was being evaluated it was decided that they needed to admit him for treatment. The Drs now treating him do not believe that he is Bi polar. They are working to change his medication. We trust and believe that he is in good care and that he will be able to receive the treatment needed. We ask for prayers for the parents, as we also hope that they the Drs. will also see that there needs to be change there in the home. We pray that God will shine a light brightly for them to see all that is needed. Keep us in prayer too.
