Come one and all!  To the 8th annual Haines 4th Day (of July) Picnic

WHEN:  Monday, July 4th at 12 NOON

WHERE:  8087 Kirkville Rd. Kirkville NY

WHAT TO BRING:  A dish to pass (salad, side dish, appetizer or dessert), lawn
chairs, yard games, musical instruments and your love of the Lord!

Meat, beverages & table service will be provided.  This year we will also be
celebrating Jessica Moquin’s (WTE #74) successful battle against lymphoma (with
God in control every step of the way.)  We encourage you to bring your friends
and family and introduce them to your Closer Walk family.

Haines Annual 4th Day Party

Secretariat Reminder

Greetings! I hope this reminder finds you all well!! June is a crazy month for teachers, so I apologize for the lateness of this reminder!!

Secretariat meets this Friday, June 17 at 7:30 pm at Auburn 1st UMC. Ultreya leaders meet at 7. If you have never attended, we gather in the sanctuary at 7:30 for singing, a brief message, communion and fellowship and then follow that with a meeting. All are welcome to attend the meeting, but only secretariat members may vote on items that require a vote. Afterward, many of us gather at the local Denny’s on 5&20 for a little nourishment. What would a Closer Walk gathering be without some food!!!

Announcement: Closer Walk #93 Reunion

The Post Closer Walk #93 Reunion will be Saturday, June 4th at 9 AM (until 3 PM) at the Baldwinsville First United Methodist Church, 17 West Genesee Street, Baldwinsville, NY. It is located on Routes 31 and 370 one block from the center of the village. If you will be there for the celebration, remember to bring a sandwich for lunch, plus a snack to share.

from the south: Take Interstate 81 North to Syracuse, then 690 West. As you pass the thruway, follow the east-west directions.

from the east or from the west by the Thruway: Exit 39, New York State Thruway (Interstate 90), Merge onto NY-690 North via ramp to Baldwinsville/Fulton, drive 5.8 miles, take exit West Genesee Road, NY-31 East, NY-370. Turn left onto West Genesee Road towards Baldwinsville. The Church is 1.5 miles on your right at 17 West Genesee Street.

((or, if you are close to either routes 31 or 370, just follow them to Baldwinsville))

From the North: Exit 30 on Route 81. Turn west on Route 31, drive 9.7 miles to the church in Baldwinsville, one block from the center of the village on your left.
