Those who have made a Walk to Emmaus, Closer Walk, Chrysalis, Koinonia, Via de Christo, YAC, YAK or other such weekend are encouraged to sponsor youth ages 15-18. Dear All,
During your fellowship and Prayer, please pray for my husband. He is at the hospital for heart problems. He had been in and out of ICU, doctors found fluids in his heart and lungs, the muscles around his heart is very weak..He might undergo surgery for defribulator, or heart transplant.. So many things are happening and its too much for me to handle. We need all the prayers and light a candle too to keep his heart alive. May God touch his heart and lungs with his healing power and get him weel.

Would you please pray for one of my congregation, who fell Thursday outside the church and is pretty battered around his eyes, nose, chin, shoulder, knee. His glasses did not break thankfully, or his eye would have been more damaged. He says he is a pretty color and although very stiff, is ok. He is in his 80’s and he and his wife are true believers and lovely people. Please pray that he will heal quickly and get back on his feet.
New Creations Ultreya
New Creations ultreya in Fulton will meet on Sep 10 at 6pm at the Granby UMC. Granby is just out old rte 3 past Walmart. Dish to pass supper. We are hoping to rebuild and have changed it to Saturday nights in the hope that it is more convenient. Please come and share an evening of fellowship.

Our friends had some bad flooding and there are some in a shelter. Please keep them all in prayer. I wish to send out prayers to all who had damage due to Irene. She was a nasty storm and she left people hurting in her wake. Our God is a very BIG God and Will see us through!! Many blessings to all!!

We are requesting prayers for our daughter. She fell this morning and was unconscious. She suffered a concussion and had facial injuries. She is now home; but lots of prayers are needed.
