I would like to request prayer again for my mother in law, as she is going in for surgery on her thyroid this morning 6/8. They will be removing half of her thyroid and testing it for cancer. Please hold her and family and Dr’s in prayer through this process and that there is no cancer. The waiting will be very hard for all.

The Herkimer County Relay for Life is this weekend at the Herkimer Elementary School.
Please pray for all the teams involved. Please pray for health and for good weather as they are predicting rain and thunderstorms which makes for a bad turn out.

Prayer request update:
My mother in law had surgery this morning. Surgery went well, and she is at home resting, but the mass they found was not part of her tyroid like the Dr’s had thought. So they did not take part of her thyroid, only took a biopsy of the mass and sent it for testing. She will not find out anymore results until Wednesday. It will be a very long 5 days as we wait for results. Please keep the whole family in prayer and that the results come back negative for cancer. Also that she has a restful weekend and speedy recovery from surgery.

Prayers needed for my neighbor, her mother passed away today. Prayers for peace are greatly needed for her and her family.

Am asking for prayers for my aunt. She had tests Monday for a spot on her lung. Tests just came back that it is cancer. Asking prayers for support and peace for my aunt and her family and for wisdom for the doctors that they pursue the right course of treatment for her. Thank you prayer warriors.

Please continue to pray for  my husband. The cellulitis in his leg is still pretty bad and still looking like raw meat whenever he puts it down. He has been home from the hospital for almost a week and still can not put full weight on it. He has a doctors appointment today and we hope they can give him something else to speed along the recovery. Surprising what a little spider bite can do.
He needs God’s healing touch and prayer is the best medicine.

On Sunday of the Women’s closing there was a clear plastic trash bag sitting by the back door of the kitchen it had towels, aprons, bread basket clothes, etc. in it. When I went to get it and it was not there. I looked through all the totes in my van and talked to Sharlene, she did not get it either. Does anyone know what happened to it?
Please let me know as soon as possible it you have it or know where it went. I may have to go out and buy material to make more bread basket clothes and aprons.

This is good news!
a friend was transferred tohospital yesterday June 6th to the rehab unit. He is breathing, eating, and drinking on his own. The halo traction is still in place and will remain intact for at least 2 mos. His family has been visiting day and night and are truly exhausted, but are very joyful at the progress he is making! He has an up hill battle but is ready and strong to meet the challenge and win!

I would like to ask for prayers for my neighbor’s, mother as she is in Hospital. Things are not looking good right now and they do not have any answers as of yet. Please pray for her, her doctor’s, and her family for the peace that passeth all understanding.

I ask for prayers to lift up the ministry presently in progress at Auburn Correctional Facility. Prayers for the team and for our incarcerated brothers to see the light and come to Christ. And also for our brothers who already have, and in feeling the the Lord’s presence, to strengthen their faith.

a friend is out of surgery and is resting. All is well! Old hip out and new hip in. She is a hip hop granny. Praise God Thank you for your prayers. Keep them coming for a smooth recovery.

My uncle passed away on Tuesday. The funeral is on Friday and we’ll be travelling there, coming back on Saturday. Thank you to all who have been praying for him. I think it really helped.

I am requesting a few prayers tonight for various reasons and people.

– For my family, that my husband gets news on a job that he applied for that would really help at this time. And also for my husband who has been feeling down and stressed lately, that his spirit be lifted and his worries taken away.
– For my Step Mother-In-Law, She had some testing done and the Dr’s are going to take half her thyroid out and send it for biopsy, if it comes back as cancer they will take the other half of her thyroid out. SHe will be going in for surgery on June 8th.
– For my 2 boys, they have been having stomach and intestinal issues since May 1st and I have taken them to the pediatrician twice and she has done no testing just says it is what they are eating and drinking. I find it hard to believe that after 3 years my oldest is suddenly having issues with everything he eats and drinks and my 16 month old is too, at the same time. We are going to see a new pediatrician and hope to get some answers as to why they keep getting sick every few days.

Please hold my whole family in prayer as we go through a rough few months ahead of us.
